Description 151017-M-CV548-096 LISBON NAVEL BASE, Portugal (Oct. 19, 2015) U.S. Marines with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU) and Sailors with the amphibious transport dock USS Arlington (LPD 24) compete against Portuguese sailors in a game of football on Lisbon Naval Base, Portugal, Oct. 19, 2015. The game offered an opportunity for U.S. Marines and Sailors to build a relationship with the Portuguese before Trident Juncture. Trident Juncture is a NATO-led exercise designed to certify NATO response forces and develop interoperability among participating NATO and partner nations.
