Description 151014-N-ZZ999-009 SEKONDI NAVAL BASE, Ghana (Oct. 14, 2015) U.S. Navy Chief Intelligence Specialist Torivio Hall, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, teaches a class on intelligence to members of the Ghana Navy and Maritime Law Enforcement at Sekondi Naval Base, Ghana, Oct. 14, 2015. Hall was a team member of the Commander, Task Force 68 Expeditionary Tactical Intelligence Training Team that trained the Ghanaian forces on tactical information collections and reporting. U.S. 6th Fleet, headquartered in Naples, Italy, conducts the full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied, joint, and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
