Description 150917-N-ZZ999-001 ADRIATIC SEA (Sept. 17, 2015) Navy Diver 1st Class Sean Dargie and Navy Diver 2nd Class Seth McGee make their way to the underwater excavation site Sept. 17, 2015 where a U.S. aircraft that crashed into the Northern Adriatic Sea during WWII. Divers from Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit Two and civil service mariners from the Military Sealift Command rescue and salvage ship USNS GRASP (T-ARS-51) are currently supporting the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency for the recovery of U.S. Airmen who have been MIA since their B-24J Bomber went down off the Italian coast in 1945.
