English: East End Road, near to Finchley, Barnet, Great Britain.
Metroline bus DLF97 (reg. KU52 YKD) is operating London Buses route 143 to Archway station, drifting through an area of manicured greenery between Church Lane and Trinity Avenue. In the foreground, a female Blackbird gathers food for her young, undeterred by my presence. She has a nest in the hedge below the Horse Chestnut tree on the left. The floral display on the left is outside Fairacres care home. The white building with scaffolding, visible through the shrubs and trees on the right, is the vicarage of Holy Trinity Church. |
