Description
English: The houses located at 1401-1409 31st Street NW in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., are contributing properties to the Georgetown Historic District. The corner building, known as the Godey House, was constructed in 1850 and is listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites. The house was formerly occupied by Justice Owen Roberts and Assistant Secretary G. Mennen Williams.
