User comments | mmenfassung => separater Text] Gotthardbahn: 4/4-gekuppelte Lokomotive mit Schlepttender Serie D 4/4 Nr. 101-136, gebaut 1882-1890 von der Lokomotivfabrik Maffei in München (Nr. 101-131, Foto und Plan oben) und 1895 von der Schweizerischen Lokomotiv- und Maschinenfabrik (SLM) in Winterthur (Nr. 132-136, Fotos unten). Für den Güterzugdienst auf der Gotthard-Bergstrecke beschaffte die private Gesellschaft ab 1882 bei Maffei in München eine 4/4-gekuppelte Lokomotive mit Schlepptender, welche die einzige ihres Typs in der Schweiz bleiben sollte. Konstruktiv ähnelte sie den 3/3-gekuppelten Maschinen des „Bourbonnais“-Typs, nur dass sie um eine Achse verlängert wurde. Den 31 Münchner Maschinen folgten 1890 noch fünf wietgehend baugleiche „Winterthurerinnen“. Lok Nr. 128 wurde 1907 von SLM versuchsweise mit einem so genannten Brotankessel (nach dem österreichischen Ingenieur Johann Brotan [1843-1918]) ausgerüstet. Die Schweizerische Lokomotiv- und Maschinenfabrik lieferte schliesslich 1901 weitere fünf Maschinen einer leicht veränderten Gruppe D 4/4 Nr. 141-145 mit Dampftrockner (Überhitzer) nach System Pielock. |
