ARABIAN GULF (May 14, 2013) U.S. Navy riverine command boats from Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) 2 patrol the Arabian Gulf as the Royal Fleet Auxiliary amphibious landing ship RFA Cardigan Bay (L3009) is under way in the background during the International Mine Countermeasures Exercise 2013. IMCMEX 13 includes navies from more than 40 countries whose focus is to promote regional security through mine countermeasure operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
