Description
Photograph of the 12th Company headquarters at the Fort Hayes barracks in Columbus, Ohio. Fort Hayes was established by Congress in 1862 as the Columbus Arsenal. It was later named Fort Hayes in honor of President Rutherford B. Hayes in 1922. It is currently the site of the Fort Hayes Metropolitan Education Center.
