Description More than four tons of cocaine sit on a pier after being offloaded by the crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Morgenthau (WHEC 722), a 378-foot high-endurance cutter based at Alameda, Calif., at Naval Base San Diego September 14, 2012.
