Description An isolated overhead electrified branch line joining to the non-electrified line from Strausberg to Küstrin-Kietz. Known as the Buckower Kleinbahn, electrified at 600V dc, the single car units used on the line dated back to 1930. On 12 January 1993, 479.602 forms train 5845, 12:50 Buckow (Märkische Schweiz) to Müncheberg (Märkisch-Oderland). Soon after the visit, the line went over to diesel traction and later closed to regular traffic. The line continues to operate as a museum railway with the original electric traction.
