הערות: בית חמזה מאלאס ברחוב שדרות ירושלים 86 ביפו הוקם ב-1940, ע"י האדריכל דרוויש אבולעפיה, כבית מגורים למשפחת מאלאס העשירה, שבבעלותה היו פרדסים ונכסים. ב1948 הם עזבו ועברו ללבנון. חברת עמידר רכשה את המבנה הבנוי מלבני כורכר. חדר המדרגות היה במרכז המבנה. במבנה בוצעו שינויים. התכנון החדש פועל לשימור הבניין המקורי וחזיתו המיוחדת לרחוב פסטלוצ'י ויעוד המבנה הפך לבניין ציבורי, כסינמטק קהילתי שישרת את האוכלוסייה ביפו. רחוב פסטולוצ'י נסגר לתנועת כלי רכב והפך למדרחוב עירוני להולכי רגל.
