הערות: הבניין הפינתי בשדרות ירושלים 45 ביפו היה בית עיריית יפו. נבנה ב 1935 על ידי עאסם בק סעיד, ראש עיריית יפו ב 1918–1938 לאחר שעבר אליו מבית הסראייה. הבניין בן השלוש קומות, ניצב סמוך לכיכר בצומת דרכים ראשיות: שדרות ירושלים ודרך בן צבי (ירושלים). בשתי הקומות העליונות גרו אנשי משפחת סעיד והקומה הראשונההושכרה לעיריית יפו. בקומת הקרקע נפתחו חנויות ובית קפה. ב1948 ננטש הבניין והפך למשרד האפוטרופוס לנכסי נפקדים ולמשרדי חברת עמידר וחלמיש. בבניין משרדי המחלקות לשירותים חברתיים ורווחה של עיריית ת"א – יפו
