הערות: קיבוץ גבעת חיים איחוד ממוקם בעמק חפר. על שם חיים ארלוזורוב המזכיר המדיני של הסוכנות היהודית, שנרצח בשנת 1933.הוקם ב1952 בעקבות הפילוג שחל בתנועת הקיבוץ המאוחד. הקיבוץ הוותיק, נקרא גבעת חיים מאוחד והקיבוץ החדש גבעת חיים איחוד. הגרעין המייסד של הקיבוץ הורכב מחברי מפאי שפרשו מהקיבוץ הוותיק והבלתי מפלגתיים וחברי מפא"י מקיבוץ כפר סאלד. נוספו משפחות מהקיבוצים יגור, גליל ים ומעוז חיים, עולים חדשים, בוגרי חברות נוער ועוד. המשק החקלאי התבסס על פרדס גדול , גידולי שדה, רפת, לול ומטעים.
