Name: Ein Shemer the new dining room
Description: The dining room was designed by Koba Geber and replaced the old dining room shack that became the museum. The dining room was designed to comfortably accommodate all the members of the kibbutz, as opposed to the old dining room where they had to dine in shifts. Its large area without columns and fixed partitions also allowed a dense gathering of 1,000 people

תיאור: חדר האוכל תוכנן על ידי קובה גבר והחליף את צריף חדר האוכל הישן שהפך להיות המוזיאון.אולם האוכל יועד להכיל ברווחה את כל חברי הקיבוץ, לעומת חדר האוכל הישן שבו נאלצו לסעוד במשמרות. שטחו הגדול ללא עמודים ומחיצות קבועות אפשר גם התכנסות צפופה של 1,000 אנשים
הערות: עֵין שֶׁמֶר הוא קיבוץ סמוך לפרדס חנה-כרכור השייך למועצה אזורית מנשה.ב-1927 הוקם היישוב על אדמות קק"ל. מייסדי הקיבוץ היו קבוצת "עין גנים", חניכי השומר הצעיר בפולין. עין שמר הוא אחד מארבעת הקיבוצים שהקימו את תנועת הקיבוץ הארצי.במאורעות תרצ"ו-תרצ"ט סבל הקיבוץ מהתקפות ירי ומהתנכלויות. ב-28 באפריל 1938 נרצחו שני חברים בהתקפה על הקיבוץ.בשנותיו הראשונות התבסס הקיבוץ כלכלית בעיקר על ענפים חקלאיים. בשנת 1959 פותח זן של תפוח בשם "ענה" על ידי חבר הקיבוץ אבא שטיין.עין שמר הופרט ב 2012 ומוגדר כ"קיבוץ מתחדש".
