Description: A central square with some of the leading cultural institutions in the State of Israel (T.T. HaBima, Culture Hall, Beit Helena Rubinstein) with Menashe Kadishman's work in the background. Danny Karvan designed the square and in its center the sunken garden that includes elements of landscape vegetation from the early days of Tel Aviv and seating steps around it
