Name: The ruin of Siv a Sheikh grave
Description: A view of the ruins of Sib from Tel Bahan. Sheikh Gamal al-Din al-Akushi lived in the 13th century and was one of the senior commanders of the Mamluk sultan Baybers. He was killed in the battle with the Crusaders and was buried in the cemetery of Kfar Siv. The village was large, as evidenced by the remains of its mosque and the size of the cemetery.

תיאור: מבט לחורבת סיב מתל בחן.השיח' גמאל א דין אלעקושי חי במאה ה-13 והיה ממפקדיו הבכירים של הסולטאן הממלוכי בייברס. הוא נהרג בקרב עם הצלבנים ונקבר בבית הקברות של כפר סיב. הכפר היה גדול, על כך מעידים שרידי המסגד שלו וגודל בית הקברות.
הערות: חורבת סיב שוכנת על גבעה הנישאת כ-15 מ' מעל לסביבתה, בשוליים המערביים של צפון הרי השומרון, והיא משקיפה על המרזבה המזרחית של השרון הצפוני. החורבה נזכרת לראשונה בספרו של גרן בזמן ביקורו במקום בשנת 1867, וכן בדוחות של מפקחי מחלקת העתיקות המנדטורית מח'ולי וברמקי (תיק מנדטורי מס' ATQ/242, מכתבים מיום 13.10.1928 ומיום 25.11.1940). באתר נערכו בעבר סקרים וחפירה ארכיאולוגית והתגלו בהם מתקנים חקלאים.
