Description: The grave of Lieutenant Assaf Master, of the Engineering Corps, who fell in the battle in Gaza on 11/15/2023. Twenty-two years old in Nofo. He was laid to rest in the civil cemetery in Emek Hefer. He left behind parents and brothers. After his fall, he was promoted to the rank of captain. In his memory, a Mitzpe Asaf was erected on Tel Bahan

תיאור: קברו של סגן אסף מסטר ,בן קיבוץ בחן,מחיל ההנדסה,אשר נפל בקרב בעזה ביום 15.11.2023. בן עשרים ושתיים בנופלו. הוא הובא למנוחות בבית העלמין האזרחי בעמק חפר. הותיר אחריו הורים ואחים.לאחר נפילתו הועלה לדרגת סרן.לזכרו הוקם מצפה אסף על תל בחן
הערות: בַּחַן הוא קיבוץ בעמק חפר בסמוך לבת חפר.כיום הקיבוץ הוא "קיבוץ בפירוק" לאחר שנקלע למשבר כלכלי וניהולי,הקיבוץ הוקם כהיאחזות נח"ל השישית, נחלאים ו', במאי 1953, על שטח של כ-4000 דונם, והיה ראשון בשרשרת יישובים מיועדת באיזור ואדי ערה. גרעין הקבע שהיה חלק מגרעין של תנועת למרחב מארגנטינה וצ'ילה שקיבל הכשרה בקבוצת כנרת ובאלומות התיישב במקום ביולי 1954. המקימים התנגדו להשתייכות מפלגתית ועל כן לא הלכו עם שאר חברי הגרעין לקיבוץ נאות מרדכי. טקס איזרוח של הקיבוץ התקיים ב-10 באוקטובר 1954.(ויקיפדיה)
