Description: Uri Ilans house became a Yad Labanim house. Uri Ilan was an IDF soldier who was captured by the Syrians during Operation Tzarzar and committed suicide in the Syrian captivity.

שם: גן שמואל בית אורי אילן
תיאור: ביתו של אורי אילן הפך להיות לבית יד לבנים.אורי אילן (17 בפברואר 1935 – , 13 בינואר 1955) היה לוחם צה"ל שנפל בשבי הסורי במבצע צרצר והתאבד בשבי הסורי. בפתק שהותיר בנעליו והתגלה בבדיקת גופתו, הוא כתב ”לא בגדתי, התאבדתי”,כדי שלא להסגיר סוד צבאי.
הערות: גַּן שְׁמוּאֵל הוא קיבוץ מזרם הקיבוץ הארצי השוכן במחוז חיפה מזרחית לחדרה ושייך למועצה אזורית מנשה, בה הוא מהווה היישוב המערבי ביותר. הקיבוץ נקרא על שם הרב שמואל מוהליבר ממבשרי הציונות.הקיבוץ כיום עוסק בתחומי הפעילות החקלאית הבאים:מפעל למוצרי פרי הדר,שלחין,רפת,פרדסנות,מטעים,גידול הודים,גידול דגי נוי.כמו כן פעילות עסקית כגון:דוכן גן שמואל,פארק מסחרי,מפעל הדפסה ועוד.(ויקיפדיה)
