הערות: אחת השכונות הוותיקות בירושלים היא בת 130 שנה, טובלת בנוף ירוק וכוללת בתי מגורים מפוארים, שבהם התגוררו עד 1948 תושביה הערביים של ירושלים.ראשיתה לפני כ-130 שנה עם חנוכת מסילת הברזל מיפו לירושלים ב-1892. היא נחשבה, עד פרשת עזיבת 1,200 תושביה הערבים ב-1948, לשכונת רווחה ערבית וניתן למצוא בה עשרות בתי מגורים, מהמפוארים שניבנו בעיר בתקופה המנדטורית. תושבים בעלי אמצעים: ארמנים, יוונים-אורתודוכסים, מוסלמים ונוצרים החלו להתיישב בשטח, שהיה שומם עד שלהי המאה ה-19.
