Name: Monument to 13 boatmen - Mount Herzl - Jerusalem
Description: Twenty-three Haganah fighters (and a British officer) left Haifa on May 18, 1941, on 18 May 1941, in a boat named "Eri Hayam" on their way to sabotage the refineries in Tripoli in Lebanon. They did not reach their destination, and it was never known what became of them. The monument was inaugurated in 1957.

שם: אנדרטה לכ"ג יורדי הסירה – הר הרצל- ירושלים
תיאור: עשרים ושלושה לוחמי ההגנה (וקצין בריטי) יצאו בכ"א באייר תש"א, 18.5.1941, ימי מלחמת העולם השנייה, מחיפה בסירה ושמה "ארי הים" בדרכם לביצוע פעולת חבלה בבתי הזיקוק בטריפולי שבלבנון. הם לא הגיעו ליעדם, ומעולם לא נודע מה עלה בגורלם. האנדרטה נחנכה ב-1957.
הערות: אדריכל האנדרטה הינו אשר חירם. האנדרטה בנויה מסלע גדול וארוך מאבן ירושלמית המעוצב בדמות סירה. הסלע משוקע במים בתוך בריכה מרוצפת במרצפות כחולות. על הסלע סמל צה"ל, שמות הנופלים וכתובת לזכרם.
