הערות: ביה"ח הוקם ב-1933 ע"י ד"ר פואד איסמעיל דג'אני על אדמת משפחתו. היה זה ביה"ח הפרטי הערבי הראשון ביפו במתכונת מודרנית הד"ר דג'אני קבור בחצר בית החולים בגן מוצל. ב-1948 המשפחה נמלטה לאנגליה וכיום שוכן במקום בית מרפא לתשושי גוף ונפש.
