Name: Passage Pensk, the elevatorת, Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description: The elevator was a freight elevator that was installed in the inner courtyard of Passage Pensk at 16 Herzl Street in Tel Aviv. An eclectic building designed by the architect Yehuda Magidovitz and built in 1925 by an American Jew named Mordechai (Zvi Aryeh) Pensk.

תיאור: המעליה הייתה מעלית משא שהותקנה בחצר הפנימית של פסאז' פנסק ברחוב הרצל 16 בתל אביב. מבנה אקלקטי שתוכנן על ידי האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ ונבנה ב- 1925 על ידי יהודי אמריקאי בשם מרדכי (צבי אריה) פנסק.
הערות: מעלית זכתה לכינוי "המעליה" וכיוון שנבנתה בשנת 1925 היא נחשבה למעלית המשא הראשונה בתל אביב. לאחרונה התגלה כי שתי מעליות שגם הן נבנו ברחוב הרצל קדמו לה בשנה. אולם, היא היחידה מבין השלוש ששרדה עד היום – כשלד ברזל בחצר הבניין. עד עצם היום הזה נמצאים בבניין השלטים הפנימיים המקוריים המכוונים את המבקר ל"מעליה"
