Name: Tel Aviv - Beit Hadar
Description: Beit Hadar is the first office building built in Tel Aviv. The building is on the corner of Begin and Hakavat streets. The building was designed in 1934 by the architect Karl Rubin (1899-1955) and built between 1936 and 1938. This building is also the first building built as a steel frame, a relatively rare type of construction in Israel. (Wikipedia)
