Description
English:
Name: Tel Aviv - Beit Isser Cohen (Beit Hadekel)
Description: The house on Nachalat Binyamin Street 8 was built for Isser Cohen and is known as the Palm House;. This is the only house in the city where you can still see the inscription Remembrance of Destruction in the title of the stairwell. The Halacha instructs to leave in memory of the temple that was destroyed that is not whitewashed when a new house is built. The gap in the title is an expression of the same idea. (Tel. Aviv. Pedia)
