Description

the kid in white was beaten almost to death just 10 seconds after this picture (the police "saved" him just in time). it was the first week of ramadan in fez, morocco, and this kid was caught stealing some candies at the market.

I always looked for this kind of things, playing around as a great photoreporter: "I will take the photo of the year!!", but after this picture I didn't manage to use the camera, I was petrified and completely absorbed by the action.
