תיאור: בית מוזס בשדרות רוטשילד 13
הערות: חלק קטן מבין המגרשים שהוגרלו בהגרלת הצדפים המפורסמת, אותה ערך עקיבא אריה וייס בשנת 1909, נותרו ריקים. ההגרלה נועדה כדי לקבוע היכן תתגורר כל אחת ממשפחות המייסדים של ‘אחוזת בית‘. כך קרה גם עם המגרש שבהמשך הפך להיות רחוב רוטשילד 13. משני הצדדים התיישבו משפחות שלוש ובריסקר, מהעבר השני גרו הדיירים מאיר דיזנגוף וד”ר חיסין, אבל המגרש הזה נזנח. רק בשנת 1925, כש’אחוזת בית’ הפכה כבר מזמן ל’תל-אביב’, נבנה כאן ביתו של דוד מוזס. האדריכל היה יצחק קיפניס, אשר תכנן בית בסגנון אקלקטי, אופייני לתקופה.(לוטוס הזהב). זיהוי תמונה שולה וידריך
