Description: The 2-story building was built immediately after the establishment of the settlement. It used to be called the agency building because the agency housed new immigrants in the late 1930s and 1940s.

שם: גבעת חן בנין המזכירות
תיאור: הבניין בן 2 הקומות נבנה מיד לאחר הקמת הישוב.נקרא בעבר בנין הסוכנות מאחר והסוכנות שיכנה בו עולים חדשים בסוף שנות ה 30 וה 40.המבנה שופץ ב 2005 ומשמש כמזכירות הישוב.
הערות: גבעת ח"ן (גִּבְעַת חֵן) הוא מושב באזור השרון, מדרום לעיר רעננה, השייך למועצה אזורית דרום השרון. שטחו כ-1,300 דונם. היישוב קרוי על-שמו של חיים נחמן ביאליק, הוקם בחג הסוכות, ב-15 באוקטובר 1933, בידי 41 משפחות עולים ותיקים מליטא, פולין ורוסיה, וזאת כחלק מהתיישבות האלף. מאוחר יותר הגיעו גם עולים מגרמניה. היישוב נועד להגנה על רעננה מדרום מפני תושבי אבו כישכ, ובתי המתיישבים הוקמו מבטון מזוין. עוד הוקמו במקום בניין בן שתי קומות המשמש כמזכירות היישוב ומגדל מים ועליו זרקור איתות.
