תיאור: בתצוגת מוזיאון ראשונים לתולדות פתח תקווה
הערות: העיר פתח תקווה (בניקוד: פֶּתַח תִּקְוָה) "אֵם הַמּוֹשָׁבוֹת" נוסדה כמושבה ב-1878, והוכרזה כעיר ב1937. נוסדה על ידי קבוצת יהודים וביניהם יואל משה סלומון, יהושע שטמפפר, יהודה ראב ועוד. האדמה שרכשו ליד מקורות הירקון הייתה פורייה אך עם ביצות, קדחת ומחלות. הייתה זו התחלה מלאה בקשיים וראשית ההתיישבות היהודית בארץ ישראל המתחדשת. מוזיאון ראשונים לתולדות פתח תקוה מציג את חיי היום-יום של אם המושבות. עם פעילות ותצוגות מגוונות. הוא נמצא בקריית המוזאונים ששם בראשיתו הוקם בית יד לבנים הראשון בארץ.
