הערות: בשולי גן כיכר הזיכרון במכון ויצמן למדע בו נמצאת האנדרטה לזכר השואה, שהקים דני קרוון, נמצאת בריכת מים מאורכת. בשלט שבחזיתה כתוב: בשנת 1954 נבנתה כיכר הזיכרון ובה בריכת נוי צנועה זו. בשנים 1955-1966 ביוזמתה של ד"ר ורה ויצמן, שינתה הבריכה את יעודה כאשר ארגון אילנשיל פוליו (איל"ן)הפעיל בו קייטנת קיץ לשיקומם ולהנאתם של ילדים נפגעי שיתוק. עם מותה של ורה ויצמן נעזבה הבריכה ונשכחה, עד אשר בשנת 2002 הוקמה במקום גינת זיכרון.
