Name: Tel Aviv - Beit Matanel Alma
Description: The building is characterized by eclectic style architecture. The building was designed in 1924 by the architect Yehuda Magidovich, for the Levin family. It is steeped in decorations and symbols in the spirit of the romantic style, and in front of it is a pagoda.

שם: תל אביב - בית השגרירות הרוסית
תיאור: המבנה מתאפיין באדריכלות בסגנון האקלקטי. המבנה תוכנן ב־1924 על ידי האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ', עבור משפחת לוין. הוא משופע בקישוטים וסמלים ברוח הסגנון הרומנטי, ובחזיתו פגודה.
הערות: עם השנים החליף המבנה בעלים, ואחרי הקמת המדינה שכנה בו שגרירות ברית המועצות. ב־9 בפברואר 1953, נפגע הבית מפצצה שהונחה על ידי חברים מארגון הלח"י. האירוע שימש אמתלה לניתוק היחסים הדיפלומטיים של ברית המועצות עם ישראל. המבנה הוכרז כמבנה לשימור, וב-1990 רכש אותו איש העסקים אלפרד אקירוב והחל שיחזור ושיפוץ המבנה, במקביל נבנה מגדל אלרוב בעורף הבית ושני המבנים חוברו, פרויקט בנייה זה משלב שימור מבנה היסטורי בתמורה למתן זכויות בנייה לגורד שחקים בעורפו. הבית משמש לפעילויות פילנתרופיות (ויקיפדיה)
