Description: The fighters of the Kfir Brigade usually serve in Judea and Samaria. In Afula, the brigade adoptive city, a main commemorative site was established for the dead soldiers of the brigade.

שם: עפולה - אתר הצחה לחללי חטיבת כפיר
תיאור: לוחמי/ות חטיבת כפיר משרתים בדרך כלל ביהודה ושומרון. בעפולה העיר המאמצת של החטיבה, הוקם אתר הנצחה ראשי לחללי החטיבה.
הערות: האתר בלב שדות עמק יזרעאל בצפון -מזרח עפולה. צומת הכניסה לשטח נקרא "צומת כפיר" ובו שלט המביא את סיפור החטיבה ופרטי ההנצחה. על לוח נוסף חקוקים שמות גדודי החטיבה. הדרך מובילה אל חורשת עצים לזכר נופלי החטיבה. במרכז האתר נמצאת רחבת הזיכרון הגדולה. הקמת האתר ביוזמת עמותת לוחמי כפיר ואנשי החטיבה. בסיוע משרד הביטחון ועיריית עפולה.
