Description: Tel Aviv was illuminated for the first time with electricity after the establishment of the he power station in June 1923. The water tower on the Electric Street was built in 1925 in the design of Arpad Got.

תיאור: במקביל להקמת שכונה חדשה בתל אביב, החליטו הרוכשים להשקיע בתחנת כוח ראשונה לייצור חשמל שאת הקמתה יזם פנחס רוטנברג. עם הקמתה של התחנה ביוני 1923, הוארה לראשונה תל אביב בחשמל מתחנת הכוח. מגדל המים ברחוב החשמל הוקם בשנת 1925בתכנונו של ארפד גוט.
