English: Sgt. Jeremiah Frost (third from left), a native of Spearman, Texas, a tank commander for the 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, shakes hands with troops from his battalion that just returned here Dec. 4. Sgt. Frost has not seen his fellow comrades since he stepped on an improvised explosive device last July and was redeployed early due to his injuries. During the ceremony celebrating the battalions return Col. John Hort, deputy commander, 3rd ID, said, “Welcome back to the United States of America…we’re so proud of you and what you did over the last nine months!” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
