Description
English: A silver pierced Post-Medieval milled 1/2 Real of Phillip V (1724 - 1746), dating to AD 1724 - 1746. Minted in Mexico. The coin has been pierced to the top right from the obverse side.

Diameter: 15.51 mm
Weight: 1.14 mm

Die Axis: 12

The pierced hole could indicate a secondary use as a pendant, possibly suspension on a watch chain.

A similar coin, which has been turned into a brooch can be seen on the database as KENT-E73D1B, Jo Ahmet has desribed the coin as being: minted by Mark "M" Manuel de la Pena and a Calico (1982, 256) type 200.
