English: "L'estaminet", a mural that has now disappeared, having adorned the wall of a house slated for demolition in the former northern district of Greater Brussels (now Avenue Albert II) in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, depicting the interior of an estaminet where a busty waitress offered two glasses of beer and the famous Brussels "plattekeis" (a slice of bread topped with cottage cheese generously garnished with herbs, onions and radishes). |
