Paolo Mencias (along the Alcala, Pangasinan National Road based on the Alcala, Pangasinan Welcome Arches in Santo Tomas and Bautista, Pangasinan, located in Barangay Ketegan, Bautista, Pangasinan, Pangasinan Province accessed from Carmen Junction-Manat Road, KM 172+(-289) - KM 189+250 and along MacArthur Highway or Manila North Road).
