Description
Deutsch: Altpörtel, Maximilianstraße, Speyer. Das Altpörtel war das westliche Stadttor Speyers. Turmuhr: das große Ziffernblatt zeigt die Stunde an, der Zeiger auf dem kleinen Ziffernblatt zeigt die Viertelstunden an. Der 55 Meter hohe Turm wurde in der ersten Hälfte des 13. Jahrhunderts errichtet.
English: The "Altpörtel" was a city gate of Speyer. The tower has a height of 55 meters.
