Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Narayankoti group are about 20 Hindu temples with a collection of sculptures from the 11th to 12th-century, with some scholars dating it to the 9th-century. The main temple is dedicated to Lakshminarayana, others dedicated to Garuda, Ganesha, Shiva, Durga, Surya, Chandrama, nine planets and others. Regional legends claim that the site once had many more temples with temple parts and ruins their evidence. The site was potentially impacted by vandalism, natural disaster in its history or partially buried (remains to be excavated).
