Description
English: The swTws Project (south western Towns water and sanitation Project) believed from the very beginning that UDDTs are an upgrade to a permanent solution of a toilet. Who wants to walk 15 meters at night through the rain to the toilet? So the requirement to receive the subsidized base structure was - it needs to be attached to the house, and that's how people "interpreted" it.
