Description
English: .I.M. Marsh Campus, JMU. The mansion known as 'Barkhill' on Mossley Hill was first occupied by Thomas Adison who was succeeded by James Howell, a cotton broker. Barkhill House is now the main building of the I.M Marsh Campus of John Moores University. Its grounds are now the Campus' sports grounds.
