Description This really is the main access to Exeter fire station. Several times a day one or more appliances come charging down here at speed, but this car was here just where the single yellow becomes double, for several hours ... but no wardens. Park, however, on the private front of the flats nearby to unload and a little white van turns up in no time, a lady takes a pic and slaps £100 fine on the windscreen. I saw this happen 5 times in one week ... I warned the drivers each time, but this was met with hostility. I was told to mind my own business ... then the van turned up. Crazy!
