Description Speakers included Paul Dewar, a former NDP MP, and Alex Neve, secretary general of Amnesty International Canada. After listening to speeches by advocates, the crowd of protesters move down the street, spreading themselves out for their arrangement as a human-chain. The chain ran all around the perimeter of the stone and glass U.S. Embassy.
