Description Commencée au 17ème siècle. cette église, en forme de croix grecque, n'avait jamais été achevée. Elle a été couronnée d'un dôme et inaugurée seulement en 1966. D'où l'expression bien connue des Lisboètes : "comme les travaux de Santa Engrácia" pour désigner une entreprise qui n'en finit pas ! Elle est aujourd'hui le Panthéon national, et abrite les cénotaphes de portugais dont le nom reste lié à la glorieuse époque des Grandes Découvertes : Camoens, Henri le Navigateur, Vasco de Gama.
