Notes: Artist's initials, lower right undecipherd. Pencil inscription on back of plate: "Recd. Oct. 16, [19]25 from J. H. Seers". Handwritten biographical information about Mrs. Banks accompanies plate. Title devised by Library staff. Print shows books on shelves, with Mrs. Bank's book "The Manchester Man" opened on a table in the foreground. Forms part of the Ruthven Deane Bookplate Collection.
