Summary

[edit]
Description
Quelle: ESA/DLR/FU Berlin
English: So-called anaglyph images can be created from the nadir channel of the HRSC camera system operated by the DLR on the ESA Mars Express probe, which is directed vertically towards the surface of Mars, and one of the four obliquely looking stereo or photometry channels. When using red-blue or red-green glasses, they enable a three-dimensional view of the landscape and give the viewer a spatial idea of the differences in height. In this way, the polygons of the "Inca city", the structure of the table mountains and the high plateaus of the region can be easily observed. Source: ESA/DLR/FU Berlin
