Description

Catch Report - 22/03/12 - Farmland/Back Garden - Hertfordshire Giving the moths a night off yesterday, and last night I was back to trapping under clear skies but the temperature did not fall away as expected and held at a steady 7-8c all night. The usual mixture was found in and around the trap.

Best by far were 4 Lead-coloured Drabs bringing the year total to 9, more than I have ever recorded before, and all being different specimens.

A Grey Shoulder-knot was also nice to get as I don't see many of these, and also a huge Hebrew Character, not far off Twin-spotted Quaker size looked rather odd!
