Catch Report - 14/06/11 - Farmland/Back Garden Having now moved back to my parents Farm, I now have 10 acres of set aside land to set some traps around. Last night I used just one trap and had a great haul of moths once again including 2 new species, Clouded-bordered Brindle ( a bit worn) and a stunningly fresh Sitochroa verticalis, a local Pyralid species. The migrant Dark Sword-grass was also very welcome. The night was warm but the skies did clear for a time. The temperature hovered around 15c which was just right and with little breeze which helped.
