조성철(趙誠喆)은 1971년 대한민국에서 태어난 한국의 전통예술인이며, 국가중요유산의 계승자이다. 조성철(마스터원)의 본은 한양이고, 계승 화맥은 “유네스코유산 산사마곡사”이며, 호는 성유이다. 그의 Web3.0 디지털 아트 닉네임은 MasterONE이다. 그는 유네스코아트원유지재단(등록번호 606-82-68819)의 이사장이다.
