中文（臺灣）：這張照片拍攝之處為「黑金通」，也就是現在的花蓮市中山路東段，靠近舊花蓮車站一帶，照片中可見馬路上有著臺車的軌跡，以及家家戶戶皆插著國旗的樣貌。從日治時代一直到1980年（民國69年）北迴鐵路通車之前，這裡一直是花蓮市最熱鬧的商業區。隨著北迴鐵路通車，交通重心轉移，舊站區拆除後，此商圈便逐漸沒落，直至2015年（民國104年 ）東大門觀光夜市開幕後，人潮再次多了起來。這條道路昔日命名為「黑金通」，是因為黑金通作為花蓮市區最主要的幹道，很早便鋪設柏油路面，看上去為「黑金色」；也有另一說法指出，此區夜生活豐富，賺的是入夜後的黃金；還有一說法是因此路段有鐵軌經過。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
