Description
中文（臺灣）：照片中為麻豆十二婆姐陣的表演照片，照片中人物身著紅色鳳仙裝，手持花傘、羽扇，頭上戴著面具，十幾個人踩著小碎步，一路搖擺著走著。這就是麻豆保安宮的十二婆姐陣，是一種具有位小孩收驚驅煞去邪的特殊隊伍，也是全省僅存的少數陣頭之一。比起一般陣頭，十二婆姐陣其表演的動作，看起來雖然較單調，但是卻有特殊的宗教意義。民間相信，常生病的孩子被婆姐摸後能變健康；一般「好養」的娃兒被摸後，會更乖巧、聰明。早期農業社會工作形態需要大量勞力，形成「多子多孫多福氣」觀念，不過，當時孩子生 得多，醫療資源卻不發達，一生病很容易夭折。為了順利養大孩子，人們依賴神明照顧，有的孩子會給關公或媽祖做乾兒子，婆姐也是其中之一。
